Quality 360 Healthcare Alliance is a dynamic and rapidly growing non-profit organization dedicated to assisting corrections-involved individuals in their healthcare journey from initial interaction with law enforcement through successful transition to the community by providing and encouraging acute stabilization, psychotherapy and education, medication management, and transitional care on a local and state level. We strive to make a positive impact on our community by providing services that encourages development of healthier individuals, families, and communities, resulting in decreased recidivism rates and preventing future interaction with the criminal justice system. As part of our expansion efforts, we are seeking a talented and experienced Grant Writer to join our team and help secure funding to support our initiatives.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Grant Writer who is passionate about our cause and possesses a proven track record of successfully securing grants. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess exceptional writing and communication skills. The Grant Writer will work closely with our leadership team to identify funding opportunities, develop compelling grant proposals, and manage the grant application process from start to finish. This position is hybrid and would need reliable transportation to our corporate office occasionally. 

Responsibilities:

• Research potential grant opportunities from government agencies, foundations, and other sources
• Collaborate with program managers and finance team to develop grant proposals that align with organizational priorities and funding guidelines
• Write clear, concise, and compelling grant proposals and grant reports
• Manage the grant application process, including gathering necessary documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely submission of proposals
• Maintain accurate records of grant applications, deadlines, and outcomes
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with funders and grant-making organizations
• Stay up-to-date on trends and best practices in grant writing and fundraising

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as English, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or Public Administration)
• Minimum of two years of experience in grant writing, preferably in the nonprofit sector
• Proven track record of securing grants from a variety of sources
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and grant management software
• Knowledge of fundraising principles and best practices
